This show was shut down mid run due to COVID. Because of the shut down, strike was done slowly by the faculty/staff and there was no really document of this show.

Here is how we handled it:

• Management was notified first

• The director and producer sent out emails to notify the cast

• We left everything as it was until till we new what was happening

Due to the fact that the actors were playing multiple characters, it was important that I tracked them correctly so the departments knew what was going on.

This was my first time calling a show up to traditional standards which was interesting and a learning experience.

I had to call projections, lights and sound cues.
