Unique Challenges

  • Oversold Every Night

While being sold out is an accomplishment, we did oversell all three of our shows. With the shows being oversold it was my job to work with Front of House and the Technical director to find a safe place for the audience members to sit.

  • Quick Turn Around

One of the most difficult parts of the process was the quick turn around in the space and not necessarily having the workforce to help with it. We had five days to turn the barren blackbox theatre into the world where the story exist and we had on average three students at a time.

  • Being Completely Student Ran

Being a student ran company from the cast to production team to the producers made it complicated at times and proved it to be a learning experience for everyone. Given the complexity of the show and the fact that it was numerous people’s first time in the area they were doing, it went really well.
