The Preparation/Execution
Before the event we had to secure rights, book rehearsal rooms, gather supplies and recruit participants.
The coordinators had to be available for the full 24hrs in case questions arose. We were working on marketing, programs and other details for the event.
Some specific things I did:
Keep in communication with the stage managers and was the specific point of communication with two of them.
Helped coordinate the fundraising for the event
Organized the headshots
Purchased supplies for the event
